Health & Wellness


The community center is interested in promoting health and wellness for all of our community members, so we have initiated the following activities:
  • Yoga- stretching and breathing
  • Ping Pong
  • Traditional and contemporary dance lessons and practices
  • Healthy food preparation
  • Gardening in raised beds and lead prevention efforts
  • Partnerships with two nearby organic gardens that provide donated vegetable shares
  • Running team
  • Ice skating trips
  • Curling team
